AN ACT to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 1995 under the authority of the

Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1994.

[Assented to 27 December 1995.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1.    This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated

Fund) Act (No. 4) 1995.

Commencement

2.     This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Appropriation of purpose

3. The sum of $873 658.36 being payments of an extraordinary or unforseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1994 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the capital services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
