APPROPRIATION

(CONSOLIDATED FUND) ACT

(No. 3) 1999

No. 12 of 1999

AN ACT to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 1997 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1996.

[Assented to 19 May 1999]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated

Fund) Act (No. 3) 1999.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Appropriation of purpose

3. The sum of $199,588,450.05 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1996 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
