APPROPRIATION

(CONSOLIDATED FUND) ACT

(No. 3) 1996

No. 67 of 1996

AN ACT to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 1996 under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1995.

[Assented to 13 November 1996]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated

Fund) Act (No. 3) 1996.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Appropriation of purpose

3. The sum of $283 678 762.28 being payments of an extraordinary or unforseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer’s Advance Authorization Act 1995 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
