AN ACT to appropriate out of the Consolidated Fund a sum for recurrent payments made during the year ended 30 June 1994 under the authority of the

Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1993.

[Assented to 29 December 1994.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated

Fund) Act (No. 3) 1994.

Commencement

2.     This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Appropriation of purpose

3. The sum of $66 067 906.46 being payments of an extraordinary or unforseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1993 and charged to the Consolidated Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the recurrent services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1.
