(No. 2) 1995

No. 66 of 1995

AN ACT to grant further supply and to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Fund certain sums for the services and purposes of the year ending 30 June 1996.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated

Fund) Act (No. 2) 1995.

Commencement

2.     This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Issue and application of moneys

3.    (1) The sum of $256 873 000 shall be issued and may be

applied out of the Consolidated Fund as supply granted to Her

Majesty for the year from 1 July 1995 to 30 June 1996.

(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to

supply granted by the Supply Act 1995.

Appropriation of Purpose

4.     The sum of $456 873 000 comprising —

(a)

the sum granted by section 3 as supply to Her Majesty; and

(b)

$200 000 000 of the sum granted by the Supply Act 1995 as supply to Her Majesty,

is appropriated from the Consolidated Fund for the capital services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1 and detailed in the Estimates for the year.
