APPROPRIATION
(CONSOLIDATED FUND) ACT
(No. 2) 1994
No. 101 of 1994
AN ACT to grant further supply and to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Fund certain sums for the services and purposes of the year ending 30 June 1995.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated
Fund) Act (No. 2) 1994.

Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
Issue and application of moneys
3. (1) The sum of $221 155 000 shall be issued and may be
applied out of the Consolidated Fund as supply granted to Her
Majesty for the year from 1 July 1994 to 30 June 1995.
(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to
supply granted by the Supply Act 1994.
Appropriation of Purpose
4. The sum of $421 155 000 comprising —

is appropriated from the Consolidated Fund for the capital services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1 and detailed in the Estimates for the year.
