AN ACT to grant further supply and to appropriate and apply out of the Consolidated Fund certain sums for the services and purposes of the year ending 30 June 1994 and for payments made during the year ended on 30 June 1993 under the Treasurer's Advance Authorization Act 1992.

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows :
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation (Consolidated
Fund) Act (No. 2) 1993 .

Commencement
2. This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
Issue and application of moneys
3. (1) The sum of $240 935 000 shall be issued and may be
applied out of the Consolidated Fund as supply granted to Her
Majesty for the year from 1 July 1993 to 30 June 1994.
(2) The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to supply granted by 'the Supply Act 1993 and the Appropriation
(Consolidated Fund) Act (No. 1) 1993 .
Appropriation of Purpose
4. (1) The sum of $440 935 000 comprising -

is appropriated from the Consolidated Fund for the capital services and purposes expressed in Schedule 1 and detailed in the Estimates for the year.
(2) The sum of $18 220 727.34 being payments of an extraordinary or unforeseen nature made under the authority of the Treasurer's Advance Authorisation Act 1992 and chargeable to the General Loan and Capital Works Fund under that Act, is appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in Schedule 2.
