The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Appropriation (Consolidated Account) Capital 2009-10 Act 2009

1. Short title
| This is the Appropriation (Consolidated Account) Capital 2009-10 Act 2009. |
2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation as follows —
| (a) | sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent; |
| (b) | the rest of the Act — on the day after that day. |
3. Issue and application of moneys
| (1) | The sum of $3 576 776 000 is to be issued and may be applied out of the Consolidated Account as supply granted for the year from 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2010. |
| (2) | The sum referred to in subsection (1) is additional to supply granted by the Appropriation (Consolidated Account) Recurrent 2009-10 Act 2009. |
4. Appropriation for capital purposes
| The sum of $3 576 776 000 granted by section 3 as supply is appropriated from the Consolidated Account for the capital purposes expressed in Schedule 1 and detailed in the Agency Information in Support of the Estimates for the year. |
