An Act to appropriate out of the Consolidated Account —
| | a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2008 under the authority of the Financial Management |
| Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2008; | |
| and | |
| | a sum for capital payments made during the year ended 30 June 2009 under the authority of the Financial Management |
| Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2009. |

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:
Appropriation (Consolidated Account) Capital 2007-08 and 2008-09
(Supplementary) Act 2010
s. 1
1. Short title
| This is the Appropriation (Consolidated Account) Capital 2007-08 and 2008-09 (Supplementary) Act 2010. |
2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation as follows —
| (a) | sections 1 and 2 — on the day on which this Act |
receives the Royal Assent;
| (b) | the rest of the Act — on the day after that day. |
3. Appropriation for capital purposes
| (1) | The sum of $162 334 792.23, being payments of an extraordinary or unforseen nature made for the year ended 30 June 2008 under the authority of the Financial Management |
| Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2008 | |
| and charged to the Consolidated Account under the Financial expressed in Schedule 1. | |
| (2) | The sum of $139 040 659.00, being payments of an extraordinary or unforseen nature made for the year ended 30 June 2009 under the authority of the Financial Management |
| Act 2006 and the Treasurer’s Advance Authorisation Act 2009 | |
| and charged to the Consolidated Account under the Financial expressed in Schedule 2. |
