[A ssented to 27 th A ugust , 1951.J W HEREAS we, Your Majesty’s most dutiful and loyal Preamble subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice

In addition to the sums of Seven million pounds tion. already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Five million pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Two million pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, by * “ The Appropriation Act of 1950-1951, No. 2,” there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and \ fifty-two, the sums following, that is to say,— From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Twelve million pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Eight million pounds ; and From the moneys standing to the credit ofthe Loan Fund Account, the sum of Five million pounds.
