[ASSENTED TO 6TH DECEMBER, 1950.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- lXTE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. l' l the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the .Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- . 1. No. 24, Thirty-four million four hundred and four thousand eight hundred and forty-nine pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Thirty-two million two hundred and forty thousand four hundred and sixty-sevenpounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Nineteen million six hundred and thirty thousand pounds. Appropria- tion. 2. There shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June. One thousand nine hundred and fifty-two, the sums toilowing, that is to say,- . From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit ofthe Loan Fund Account), the sum of Seven million pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Five million pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Two million pounds. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6.
