Further Sums of Money towards the Servioe of the Year ending on the Thirtieth day of June, 1950. [ASSENTED TO 19TH AUGUST, 1949.] Preamble. W HEREAS we. Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled. have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One ,thousand nine hundred and fifty, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the I King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice; and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled. and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Appropria- 1. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to several sumH for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ~ : ~ i: ~ ~ : I8 such persons, upon such days, and in such proportionSby warrant. the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from to time order and direct, and the payments so shall be charged upon and be payable out of the ""v.UI,,,,.u.,,.wted Revenue Fund of the State. 3.
