W "THEREAS we, Your lVlajesty'smost dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice
CONSTITUTION. 49 1947. Appropriation Acts. and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament aSBembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. In addition to the sums of Four million pounds Appropria- already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund tion. (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Three million pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Eight hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, by *" The Appropriation Act of 1946-1947, No. 2," there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thiI1iieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Six million five hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Five million pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Three million pounds. 2.
