Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. \' " the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with th~ advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. No. 5, Nineteen million five hundred and forty thousand four hundred and fifty-nine pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Sixteen million two hundred and ninety- three thousand one hundred and forty-eight pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Two million nine hundred and sixty-four thousand two hundred and fifty pounds. There shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-six, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit ofthe Loan Fund Account), the sum of Three million five hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Four million pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Eight hundred thousand pounds. Appropriation Acts. sum of One million four hundred and seventeen thousand eight hundred and seventy- seven pounds three shillings and six pence; From the Trust and Special Funds, a further sum of Two million two hundred and forty-six thousand three hundred and fifty-nine pounds· fifteen shillings and seven pence; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, a further sum of Four hundred and eighty-five thousand seven hundred and fifty-five pounds seven shillings and five pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the service of the year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and such sums shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and forty-three, for the purposes and services expressed in the Parts marked [Schedule, I , J , and K of the Schedule to this Act aPnadrts K I . , ] J, 5. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said several Treasurer to sums, for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, to such ~ : ~ ~ ~ : r persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the by warrant. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6.
