Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. \' " the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with th~ advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. Appropriation Acts. sum of One million four hundred and seventeen thousand eight hundred and seventy- seven pounds three shillings and six pence; From the Trust and Special Funds, a further sum of Two million two hundred and forty-six thousand three hundred and fifty-nine pounds· fifteen shillings and seven pence; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, a further sum of Four hundred and eighty-five thousand seven hundred and fifty-five pounds seven shillings and five pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the service of the year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-four, and such sums shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and forty-three, for the purposes and services expressed in the Parts marked [Schedule, I , J , and K of the Schedule to this Act • aPnadrts K I . , ] J, 5. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6.
