An Act to Apply certain Sums of Money out of the THE ApPROPRIA- TION Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Service of ACT OF 1941-1942, the Years ending on the last days of June, NO. 2. 1942 and 1943, and certain Further Sums to the Service of the Year ended on the last day of June, 1941, and to Appropriate the Supplies granted in the last and present Sessions of Parliament. [ASSENTED TO 4TH DECEMBER, 1941.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- Preamble. lXTE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects~ \" l the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- ~ ppropria- I. In addition to the several sums specified in the ~ ~ ~ r:- ; edule, Parts marked respectively A, B, C, D, and E of the Parts A, B, c, Schedule to this Act, and which sums are payable under D, and E.] the authority of the several Acts in those Parts respec- tively mentioned, there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty- two, the sums following, inclusive of the two sums of Four million six hundred thousand pounds, and Seven million two hundred thousand pounds, already authorised to be applied towards the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and forty-two, by *" The Appropriation Act of 1940-1941, No. 2," and t" The Appropriation Act of 1941-1942, No. 1," respectively, that is to say,-- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of * 4 G. 6 No. 14. Appropriation Acts. 21 Fifteen million three hundred and ninety-three thousand two hundred and sixty-five pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Seven million seven hundred and twenty- eight thousand eight hundred and fourteen pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Two million seven hundred and ninety-eight thousand pounds. 2.
