MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- ~ ' XTE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. l' lithe Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. Indemnity. 7. The issue or application of any part or parts of the said sums of Four hundred and ninety-seven thousand two hundred and twenty-six pounds fifteen shillings and eight pence, Seven hundred and thirty- four thousand six hundred and twenty-one pounds seventeen shillings and four pence, and One hundred and forty-one thousand six hundred and ninety-two pounds twelve shillings and two pence, which has been made before the passing of this Act for the purposes (Schedule, expressed in the Parts marked I, J, and K of the a P n a d rts K I .] , J, Schedule to this Act, is hereby authorised and sanctioned, and the Treasurer is hereby indemnified against all claims and liabilities in respect of any such issue or application.
