Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Service of the Years ending on the last days of June, 1940 and 1941, and certain Further Sums to the Service of the Year ended on the last day of June, 1939, and to Appropriate the Supplies granted in the last and present Sessions of Parliament. [ASSENTED TO 21sT NOVEMBER, 1939.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- Preamble. lXTE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, l' l' the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - ~ ppropria. 1. Appropriation Acts. credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Thirteen million nine hundred and forty-four thousand six hundred and sixty-one pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Eight million four hundred and seventy-one thousand and ninety-five pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Three million eight hundred and forty-one thousand pounds. 2.
