[ASSENTED TO 26TH NOVEMBER, 1936.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- l"XTE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble l'l' the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the Appropria. There shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-eight, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens~ land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of One million eight hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of One million three hundred thousand pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds. Four hundred and twenty-three thousand five hundred and eighty-two pounds one shilling and ten pence, which has been made before the passing of this Act for the purposes expressed in the Parts marked I, J, and K of the Schedule to this Act, is hereby authorised and sanctioned, and the Treasurer. is hereby indemnified against all claims and liabilities in respect of any such issue or application. 8.
