"l"X T HEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal 1I11 subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, in addition to the sums already granted during the last and present Sessions of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Ap propria. tio 1. In addition to the sums of Three million four !mndred thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Two million pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One million four hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, by *" The Appropriation Act of 1934-1935, No. 3," and t" The Appropriation Act of 1935-1936, No. I," there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to * 25 Geo. CONSTITUTION, 15373 1935, Appropriation Acts, His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-six, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive. of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of One million eight hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of One million five hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing .to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, i: ~i: ~: r to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions by warrant, as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State, 3.
