[ASSE~ TED TO 15TH NOVEMBER, 1934.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- '''IE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. \'l' the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the Appropria. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said several Treasurer to sums, for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, to such ~: ~ i: ~ ~: as persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the by warrant. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6. The Treasurershall in his accounts from time to time Treasurer to be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid by be a~ lowed him in pursuance of any such warrants or orders, and the ~ ~ ~ t~ ~ I' d in receipt or receipts of the respective persons to whom the pursuance of moneys are paid shall be a valid discharge to the Treasurer warrant. in passing his accounts for any sum therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 7.
