[ASSE~ TED TO 15TH NOVEMBER, 1934.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- '''IE, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. \'l' the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the Appropria. From the C{)nsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Nine million six hundred and thirty thousand one hundred and eighty pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Six million three hundred and forty-four thousand six hundred and seventy-three pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Four million three hundred and fifty thousand pounds. There shall and may be issued and applied the Supple- further sums following, that is to say,- ~ ; ~; ~ ;; ; ia- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens· \igr4 1933· land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the . credit of the Loan Fund Account), a further sum of Eighty-three thousand seven hundred and nine pounds five shillings and four pence; From the Trust and Speeial Funds, a further sum of Four hundred and fortv-four thousand two hundred and sixtee:n pounds fifteen shillings and nine pence ; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, a further sum of Three hundred and fourteen thousand two hundred and sixteen pounds eight shillings and two pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the service of the year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-four, and such sums shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, for the purposes and services expressed in the Parts marked K , L , and M of the Schedule to this Act. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said several Treasurer to sums, for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, to such ~: ~ i: ~ ~: as persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the by warrant. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6. The Treasurershall in his accounts from time to time Treasurer to be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid by be a~ lowed him in pursuance of any such warrants or orders, and the ~ ~ ~ t~ ~ I' d in receipt or receipts of the respective persons to whom the pursuance of moneys are paid shall be a valid discharge to the Treasurer warrant. in passing his accounts for any sum therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 7. The issue or application of any part or parts of Indemnity. the said sums of Eighty-three thousand seven hundred and nine pounds five shillings and four pence, Four hundred and forty-four thousand two hundred and
