[ASSENTED TO 23RD NOVEMBER, 1933.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent ofthe Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the Appropria. No. 15, *" The Appropriation Act of 1933-1934, No. 1," and t" The Appropriation Act of 1933-1934, No. 2," that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Nine million three hundred and one thousand one hundred and twelve pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds. the sum of Five million five hundred and sixty-nine thousand two hundred and forty-two pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Three million two hundred and fifty thousand pounds. There shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-five, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of One million eight hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Nine hundred thousand pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Five hundred and fifty thousand pounds. The Treasurershall in his accounts from time to time Treasurer to be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid by be ~!~ o;, ed him in pursuance of any such warrants or orders, .and the ~ ~~ ~ p~ fd in receipt or receipts of the respective persons to whom the pursuance vf moneys are paid shall be a valid discharge to the Treasurer warrant. in passing his accounts for any sum therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 7.
