[ASSENTED TO 11TH NOVEMBER, 1932.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preambk. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia. ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. No. 15, *" The Appropriation Act of 1932-1933, No. 1," and t" The Appropriation Act of 1932-1933, No. 2," that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Nine million ninety-seven thousand and four pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds. the sum of Five million six hundred and eighty thousand five hundred and seventy-eight pounds; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Three million one hundred and seventeen thousand two hundred and forty-two pounds. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said several Treasurer to sums, for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, to such paYdimont8dYs persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the ~ w~~~t. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to time Treasurer to be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid by ~ : e~ ~ o~ ~ d him in pursuance of any such warrants or orders, and the sums paid in receipt or receipts of the respective persons to whom the ~ ~ ~~ ~ ~~ ce of moneys are paid shall be a valid discharge to the Treasurer . in passing his accounts for any sum therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 7. The issue or application of any part or parts of Indemnity. the said sums of Fifty-eight thousand and ninety-nine pounds seventeen shillings and nine pence.
