[ AS~ ENTED TO 25TH AUGUST, 1932.] ~ 7{ THEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preamble. l' l subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, in addition to the sums ah'eady granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative AssemblY of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. In addition to the sums of One million eight 4ppropria. hundred thousand pounds already applied from the tlOn. Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Eight hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Three hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, by *"The Appropriation Act of 1931-1932, * 22 Geo. No. 1, 1932. - - - - -- ~ ~- - -. - - ~ - No. 3," there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-three, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of One million six hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of Eight hundred thousand pound-;; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Six hundred thousand pounds. Treasurer to 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the pasaydimreocnteedys said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, by warrant. to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. Short title. 4. This Act may be cited as " 'Phe Appropriation Act of 1932-1933, No. 1."
