WE, MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia . ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted, and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- ~ppropria. 1. Ten million two hundred and fifty-eight thousand three hundred and eighty-two pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds. the sum of Five million six hundred and seventy-six thousand eight hundred and thirty-one pounds; From the moneys- standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of One million nine hundred and ninety-eight thousand pounds. 2. Indemnity. 7. The issue or application of any part or parts of the said sums of One hundred and forty-eight thousand two hundred and seventy-four pounds two shillings and six pence, One hundred and forty-eight thousand two hundred and ninety-three pounds thirteen shillings and six pence, and Sixty-one thousand and sixty pounds thirteen shillings and three pence, which has been made before the passing of this Act for the purposes expressed [Schedule, in the Parts marked K, L, and M of the Schedule to ! , ~ ~ t~ ~ , L, this Act, is hereby authorised and sanctioned, and the Treasurer is hereby indemnified against all claims and liabilities in respect of any such issue or application. ..
