[ASSENTED TO 28TH AUGlTST, 1930.] Preamble. "lXTHEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal l' l subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the E;ame services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - Appropria- 1. A ppropriation Acts. already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Six hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, by *"The Appropriation Act of 1929-1930, No. 2,"· there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty-one, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Two million pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds, the sum of One million pounds; and From the moneys standing to the c~ edit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes herei . nbefore mention • ed, apasYdl;r' lel° cnteedys to such persons, upon such days, and m such proportIOns by warrant. . as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and be payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3.
