[ASSENTED TO 28TH AUGUST, 1929.] Preamble. ,"{-Xl HEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal \' l subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Se:ssion of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the ~ ame eervices: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - Appropria- tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Two million pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Nine hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and Six hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loa.n Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty, by *" The Appropriation Act of 1928-1929, No. 2," there shall and may be issued and applied, * 19 Geo. Appropriation Acts. 12437 towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirty, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), the sum of Two million pounds ; From the Trust and Speci~ l Funds, the sum of One million pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the· Loan Fund Account, the sum of Nine hundred thousand pounds. 2.
