[ASSENTED TO 25TH OCTOBER, 1926.] l"XTHEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preambk l'l' suhjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of' Parliament cheprfully g-ranted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, in addition to the sums already granted during the last and the present Sessions of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the sums of Four million pounds Appropria- already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund tian. (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Two million two hundred" and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One million five hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-sevpn, by "The Appropriation Act ot 19i5-1fJ26, No. 2,"* and" The Appropriation Act of 19~ 6- 1927, No. 1,"t there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand * 16 Gea. No. 9, 1926. nine hundred and twenty-seven, the sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Two million pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of One million two hundred and fiftv thousand pounds; and • From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the Sum of Nine hundred thousand pounds. Short title. 4. This Act may be c.ited as " The App1'opriation Act of 19:!6-1927, No. 2."
