[AsSENTED TO 19TH OCTOBER, 1925.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyai subjects, Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do there- fore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the" authority of the same, as follows:- 1. From the Trust and Special Funds a further sum of Three hundred and thirteen thousand eight hundred and ninety-three pounds and two pence; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account a further sum of Three hundred and sixteen thousand and ninety-eight pounds nineteen shillings and seven pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the service of the year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and such sums shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, for the purposes and services expressed in the Parts marked K, L, and M [Schedule, of the Schedule to this Act. i~ r:: lM: . ] 5. The Treasurer shall issue and pay the said several Treasurer to sums, for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, to such ~:~i':e~~:(r persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the by warrant. Governor, by any warrant or order under his hand and. directed to the Treasurer, from time to time orders and directs, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland. 6. The issue or application of any part or parts of Indemnity. the said sums of Eight hundred and sixty-four thousand two hundred and forty-six pounds fourteen shillings and six pence, Three hundred and thirteen thousand eight hundred and ninety-three pounds and two pence, and Three hundred and sixte'en thousand and ninety- ei~ ht pounds nineteen shillings and seven pence, which has been made before the passing of this Act for the purposes expressed in the Parts marked K, L, and M [Schedule, of the Schedule to this Act, is hereby authorised, and ~:rM:~ j L, sanctioned, and the Treasurer is hereby indemnified (against all claims and liabilities in respect of any such issue or application. 8.
