[ASSENTED TO 11TH OCTOBER, 1924.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects,Preamble the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, t')wards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do there- fore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows;- 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the Parts Appropria marked respectively A, n, 0, D, E, and :P of the Schedule to FSci;edule. this Act, and which sums are pavable under the authority Part,s A, B, C, of the several Acts in those Parts respectively mentioned, n, E, and :P.] there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and tWE'nty-five, the sums following, inclu- sive of the two several sums of Two million five hundred thousand pounds, and Four million seven hundred thousand pounds, already authorised to be applied towards the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-fivp., by *" The Appropriation Act o} 192~ -19:! 4, No. 2," and t" The Appropriation Act of 1924-1925, No. 1," that is to say:- From the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account, the sum of Nine million three hundred and six thousand four hundred and ninety-one pounds; * 14 Geo.
