MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, Your :l\1ajesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majest.y the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do there- fore beseech Your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows;- Appropria· 1. No. 24, From the Trust and Special Funds a further sum of Three hundred and four thousand six hundred and forty-eight pounds three shillings and eight pence; From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account a further sum of Two hundred and sixteen thousand and sixty-two pounds one shilling and four pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the service of the year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-three, and such sums shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-two, for the purposes and services expressed in the Parts marked K, L, and M of the Schedule to this Act.
