CONSTITUTION. 9551 11 GEO. V. No. 3, 1920. Appropriation Acts. From the [Trust and Special :Funds the sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing. to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the Sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds. 2. [ASSENTED TO 19TH NOVEMBER, 1920,] 'WHEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyalpre,tmble. subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, in addition to the sums already granted during the last and the present Sessions of Parliament towards the same s81'vices : And whereas

No. 3, 1920. we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and J.Jegislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - A.ppropria· tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Two million six hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Con- solidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan 'Fund Account), One million pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds,. and One million Olle hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day I)f June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, hy *" The Appropriation Aot o} 191B-19:!O, .).Vo. 5," and t" The Appropriation Aot of 1920-1921, No. ] ," there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-one,. . the su~ s following, that is to say : - From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of One million six hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum .of Eight hundred thousand pounds. [ASSENTED TO 23RD DECEMBER, 1920.] MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Pa.rlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your.Majesty in the last and present Sessions of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majest,y the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do there- fore beseech Your Majesty .that it may be enacted; and be it thereforeenacted by the King's :Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Par- liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1.
