THE Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland of ApPROPRIA· 'TIONAcTOF further Sums of Money towards the Service 1920·1921, No. 1. of the Year ending on the Thirtieth Day of June, 1921. [ASSENTED TO 20TH AUGUST, 1920.] Preamble. {-;{THEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal " l subjects, the members of the L.egislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, in addition to the sums already granted during the' last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative.Oouncil and' Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - Appropria- 1. In addition to the sums of Seven hundred .ion. and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Oonsolidated Hevenue Fund (exclusive of' the moneys standing to thiil credit of' the Loan Fund Account), Three hundred thousand pounds already applied from the ~lrust and Special }"unds, and Four hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, by *" 'l..'he Appropriation Act of 1919-1920, No. 5," there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty- one, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Oonsolidated Revenue . From the [Trust and Special :Funds the sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing. to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the Sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes herein before mentioned, ~ : ~ : ~ ~ : r to such persons, upon sucb days, and in such proportions by warrant. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the s:lid [Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, :md the payments so made shall be charged upon Hnd payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. , 3.
