W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal . subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty, in addition to the sums already granted during the last and the present Sessions of Parliament towards the same services; And whereas we desire' to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid; Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- , Appr@pria- 1. In addition to the sums of Three million six tion. hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), One million two hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One million three hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June;, One thousand nine hundred and twenty, by *" The Appropriation Act 0/1918-1919, No. 3," t" The Appropri- ation Act of HH9-1920, No. 1," "The Appropriation Act of 1919-1920, No. 2," and "The Appropriation Act of 1919-19iO, No. 3," there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth * 9 Geo. CONSTITUTION. 906,1 1920. Appropriation Acts. day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty, the sums following, that is to say,- From the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of One miJlion four hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the Sum of Six hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ~ : ~ ~ ; ; : r to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions by warrant. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out ofthe Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer to time be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid be ~ ~~ord by him in pursuance of such warrant or order in wl'iting ~ ~ ~~ p~ [ d in as aforesaid, and the receipt or receipts of the respective pursua~ ce of persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be a warran . full and valid discharge to the said 'Treasurer in passing his accounts for any such sum or sums as shaH be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 4.
