Orc~ A. of the Year ending on the thirtieth day of OF fi~ . 9r20, June, 1920. , [ASSENTED TO 14TH AUGUST, 1919.J W HEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Preamble. subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as afore- said: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excel. lent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queens- land in Parliament assembled, and by the auth.ority of the same, as follows :- 1. In addition to the sums of Five hundred thousand Appropria· pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Hon. Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys stal!ding to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty, by *" The Appropriation Act of 1918-1919, No.- 3," there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twenty, the sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Nine hundred thousand pounds,; * 9 Geo. No. 2, From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of , Four hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. Treasurer to 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the apsaydimreocnteeyds said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, by warrant. to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said l'reasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State.
