W HEREAS we, Your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to Your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and nineteen, in addition to the sums already granted during the last and the present Sessions of Parlia- ment towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to Your Majesty as afore- said: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excel- lent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queens- land in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- - Appropria. .tion. 1. In addition to the sums of One million one hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Con",: solidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Five hundred and seventy-five thousand pounds already applied from the

Trust and Special Funds, and Three hundred and seventy· five thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and nineteen, by *"The Appropriation Act of 1917-1918, No. 4," and t"The Appropriation Act of 1918-1919, No. 1," there shall and may be issued and .applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and nineteen, the sums following, that is to say;- From the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Nine hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Four hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to . said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, pay moneys t o such persons, upon such days, and I.n such . propor t I ' Ons absy dwiraercrtaendt. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said 'l'reasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3.
