An Act to Authorise the Appropriation out of the THE Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland of ApPROPRIA- TION ACT certain Sums of Money towards the Service OF 1917-1918, No. 1. of the Year ending on the Thirtieth Day of June, 1918. [ASSENTED TO 11TH JULY, 1917.J Preamble. W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eighteen: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the several sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - Appropria- tion. 1. There shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eighteen, the sums follow- ing, that is to say,- From· the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Eight hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to tIle credit of the Loan Fund Account the, sum of Three hundred thousand pounds.

Revenue .Fund of the State. ' 3. This Act may be cited as " The Appropriation Act Short title. 0/1917-1918, No. 1."
