CONSTITUTION. 7441' 7 GEO. V. No. 2,1916. Appropriation Acts. day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, thc sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) tltesum of Eight hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special :Funds the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2. No. 2, 1916. the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, in addition to the sums already granted during the last and the present Sessions of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enaCted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- Appropri.&. tion. 1. In addition to the sums of One million one hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and }'our hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of J uno, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, by "The Appro- priation Aat of 19IC-19Hi, No. 4," * and" The Appropria- tion Aat of 1910-19l7, No. 1," t there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the' supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, the sums following, that is to say :- From the Consolidated Revenue- Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of ~ ine hundred and fifty thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of 'rhree hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds.
