An Act to Authorise the Appropriation out of the THE Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland of ApPROPRIA- TION ACT certain Sums of Money towards the Service OF 1916-1917, No. 1. of the Year ending on the Thirtieth Day of June, 1917. Preamble. [ASSENTED TO 24TH A t'GUST, 1916.] W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most (lqtiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your .Majesty the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, in addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of Parliament towards the same services; And whereas we desire' to make good out of the Consolidated RevellUe Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as afore- said; Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows ;- Appropria- tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Three hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Fifty thousand pounds already applied from the 'l'rust and Special Funds, and One hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, by " The Appropriation Act of 1915-1916, No. 4,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth 6 (}eo. V. No. 29, supra, page 6765.

Appropriation Acts. day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, thc sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) tltesum of Eight hundred thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special :Funds the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2.
