Appropriation Acts. persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be a full and valid discharge to the said Treasurer in passing his accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 4. [ASSENTED TO 22ND DECEMBER, 1915.J MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, Preamble. the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia. ment assembled, towards making good tl1e supply which we have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in the present Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted; and be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the .advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : - 1. In addition to the several sums specified in the ~ ppropria· Parts marked respectively A, n, C, and D of the Schedule to r~ : hedule, this Act, and which sums are payable under the authority Parts A, B, 0, of the several Acts in those Parts respectively mentioned, and D.] there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixteen, the sums following, inclusive of the three several sums of One million and fifty thousand pounds, One million three hundred and fifty thousand pounds, and One million one hundred and twenty-five

There shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and seventeen, the sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Three hundred and twenty-five thousand pounds; j<"'rom the 'frust and Special J!"unds the sum of Fifty thousand pounds; and :From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds.
