W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixteen, in addition to t.he sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative- Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same,. as follows:- .A ppropria. tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the- credit of the Loan Fund Account), One hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special FUlilds,. and Three hundred thousand pounds already applied from. the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, by "The Appropriation Act of 1915-1916, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the' year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixteen, the further sums following:, that is -to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Eight hundred thousand pounds; * 6 Geo. CONSTITUTION. 6763 '6 <ho: 'V. No. 7, 1915. Appropriation Acts. From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Two hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ~ : ~ i% ~ ~ : ~ s to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions by warrant. ,as the 'Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said· Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made -shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3.
