THE Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland of ApPROPRIA- TION AOT certain Sums of Money towards the Service OF 1915·1916, No. 1. of the Year ending on the Thirtieth Day of June, 1916. W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty
CONSTITU1'ION. 6761 1915. Appropriation Acts. the several sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixteen: And whereas we ,desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the several sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice :and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- 1. There shall and may be issued and applied towards ~ ppropria making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the tron. 'Services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and sixteen, the sums follow- .ing, that is to say,- From the Co:nsolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds; J!"'rom the Trust and Special Funds the sum of One hundred thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay'theTreasurer to stoaidsuscehveprearlsosnusm, supfoornthseucphudrpaoysse, sahnedre. minbseufochre pm.roepnotirotInOends, a pwa s Yadrlr.mraenocntt.eeYdsb y as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue .Fund of the State. 3. The Treasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer to time be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid be ~ ~io;ed by him in pursuance of such warrant or order in writing ~ ~~ ~ P~ i~ in as aforesaid, and the receipt or receil1ts of the respectivepursua~ ce of persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be - a warran . full and valid discharge to the said Treasurer in passing his accounts for any such sum or sums as shall be therein mentioned. and he shall receive credit for the same accordingly. 4.
