W IlE ItBAS we, your :Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assemhIed, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament to'wards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good ont of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland thc sums granted to your "Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlialncnt assembletl, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- Appropda. tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from t.he Consolidated Revenue }1'und (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), One hundred thousand pounds already applied from the 'l'rust and Special Funds, and Threo hundred thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, by " The Appropriation Act of 1914-1915, No. 1,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the further sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Eight hundred thousand pounds; * 5 Geo. V. No. 1, last preceding Act.
CONSTITUTION. 5 GEO. V. No. 18, 1914. Appropriation Acts. 619:3 .From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of rrwo hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds. 2, The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ~ : ~ lil; ~ Oc~ : r to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions by warrant. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3. Th~ 'rreasurer shall in his accounts from time to Treasurer to time be allowed credit for any sum or sums of money paid ~ :e~ ~~o;:~ d by him in pursuance of such "warrant or order in writing smns paid in as aforesaid, and the receipt or receipts of the respective ~~~ ~~~ ~~e of persons to whom the same shall be so paid shall be a full arid valid discharge to the said 'rreasurcr in passing his accounts for any such sum or sums DS shall he therein mentioned, and he shall receive credit for the same accord ingly . 4, This Act may be cited as " 'Phe Appropriation Act S!lOrt title. of 1914-1915, No. 2."
