6190 AGlUCULTURE.-CONSTITUTION. Appropriation Ad8. 5 GEO. V. In paragraph (iiJ of subsection one of section ten of s. 10. of the Principal Act, the words" agreement, circular, or advertisement" are repealed. Amendment 4. Appropriation Acts. the several sums hereinaft@r mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the several sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's }\fost Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follow~ : - 1. There shall and may be issued and applied towards ~ ppropria­ making good the silpplies granted to His Majesty for the tlOn. services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the sums follow- ing, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Itevenue }-'und of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) tile sum of Six hundred and fifty thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of One hundred thousand pounds; and }-'rom the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Three hundred thousand pounds. 2.
