Appropriation Acts. 5836 From the Trust and Special JTunds the sum of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund· Account the sum of Four hundred thousand pounds. • . 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the 1~ rea8urer to said several sum,s for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ~: ~ :e~ ~: ~ 8 to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions by warrant. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand and directed to the said rrreasmer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be charged upon and payable out of the Oonsolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3.
