The issue or application of any part or parts of the said sums of Three hundred and sixty thousand four hundred and ninety pounds eleven shillings and six pence, One hundred and fifty-two thousand three hundred and eighty-five pounds one shilling and eleven pence, and One hundred and ninety-six thousand seven hundred and' eighty-two pounds sevep shillings and one penny, which has been made before the passing of this Act for the purposes expressed in the Parts marked I, K, and L of the Schedule to this Act, is hereby authorised and sanctioned, and the 1'reasurer is hereby indemnified against all claims and liabilities in respect of any such issue or application. . 7.
