S Act, an d which sums are payab1e under the autllo'rlty and D.] of the several Acts in those Parts respectively mentioned, there shall and may be issued and applied, towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the sen-ice of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the sums following, inclusive of the three several sums of 1 ight hundred and thirty thousand pounds, One million two hundred and sixty thousand pounds, and Eight hundred and forty thousand pounds already authorised to be applied towards the service of the year ending on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirteen, by " The Appropriation Act of UH2-U1l3, No. 1," " The Appropriation Act qj 1912-1913, No. 2," and" The Appl'opriation Act oj 1912-1913, No. 3,"* that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys ~ tanding to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, the sum of Four million two hundred and forty-eight thousand and seventy-one pounds; ]'rom the Trust and Special :Funds the sum of Eight hundred and twenty-eight thousand ejght hundred and twenty pounds thirteen shillings and eight pence; From tlw moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account the sum of Two million eight hundred and eighty-five thousand two hundred and fifty pounds. . The issue or application of any part or parts of the said sums of Three hundred and sixty thousand four hundred and ninety pounds eleven shillings and six pence, One hundred and fifty-two thousand three hundred and eighty-five pounds one shilling and eleven pence, and One hundred and ninety-six thousand seven hundred and' eighty-two pounds sevep shillings and one penny, which has been made before the passing of this Act for the purposes expressed in the Parts marked I, K, and L of the Schedule to this Act, is hereby authorised and sanctioned, and the 1'reasurer is hereby indemnified against all claims and liabilities in respect of any such issue or application. . 7.
