An Act to Authorise the Appropriation out of the THE Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland of ApPROPRIA- TION AOT further Sums towards the Service of the OF 1912-1913, No. 3. Year ending on the thirtieth day of June, 1913. Preamble. [ASSENTED TO 2,-t'l'H OCTOllER, 1912.J HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirtf'en, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as a,foresaid : Be it therefore enacted hy the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with 'the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :- Appropria- tion. 1. In addition to the sums of One million two hundred thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated ltevenU( ~ Fund (exclusive of the moneys standin; to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Ninety thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special .Funds, and Eight hunllred thousand pounds alread.v applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account to·wards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day I)f June, One thousand nine hundred and thirteen, hy "The Appropriation Act qfI912-1913, No. 1,"· and" Thp Appropriation Act of 1912-1913, No. 2,"* t,here shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and thirteen, the further sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account) the sum of Five hundred thousand pounds; .. 3 Geo. V. No. 1 and 3 Geo. V. ]\'0. 4, two lost preceding Acts.
