5108 CONSTITUTION. Appropriation Aots. 2 GEO. V. No. 15, From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Fifty thousand pounds; and From the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Five hundred thousand pounds. Treasurer to 2. [ASSENTED TO 14TH DECEMBER, 1911.J MOST GRACIOUS SOVEREIGN,- W E, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parlia- ment assembled, towards making good the supply which we, have cheerfully granted to your Majesty in the present Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned, and do therefore beseech your Majesty that it may be enacted ; and be it

No. 15, and shall be deemed to have 'been appropriated as from the first day of July, One thousand nine hundred and eleven~ for the purposes and services expressed in the said Parts- F, G, and H, respectively. Supple- mentary Appropria- tion, 1910- 1911. [Schedule, Part E.] 3. In addition to the several sums specified in the' Part marked E of the Schedule to this Act, and which sums- were lawfully paid for the service of the year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eleven,. under .the authority of the Acts in that Part mentioned~ , there shall and may also be issued and applied the further- sums following, that is to say,- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens-- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account, a further sum of Three hundred and forty-four thousand eight hundred and twenty-four pounds five- shillings; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Eighty-five thousand seven hundred and nine pounds thirteen shillings and eight pence; 'Prom the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account a further sum of One hundred and sixteen thousand eight hundred and seventy-six pounds eleven shillings and six pence; to defray Supplementary Charges for the servic'e of the said year ended on the last day of June, One thousand nine hundred and eleven, and such sums shall be deemed. to have been appropriated as from the first day of July".
