[ASSENTED TO 26TH OCTOBER, 1911.] W HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal Prell. mbl~ subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twelve, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and I,egislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assemhled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. In addition to the SLlms of One million pounds Appropria· already applied from the Consolidated lteyennf~ ' Fund tion. (exclusive of the moneys standin:.;' to the credit of the Loan l?und Account), Eighty thousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special .:Funds, and Seven hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan }'und Account to'wards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and twelve, by " The Appropriation Act Qf 1911-1912, No. 1," and" The Appropriation Act of.1911-1912, No. 2,"* t,here shall and may be issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of J nne, One thousand nine hundred and twelve, the further sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Seven hundred thousand pounds; • 2 Geo. V. Nos. 1 lino. 2, llU!t two preceding Acts.
