[ASSENTED TO 25TH NOVEMBER, 1909.J Preamble. 'WHEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly ·of Queensland in Parliament assem bled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, in' addition to the sums already granted during the last Session of the last Parliament towards the same services; And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Hevenue ~~ und of Queensland the sums gr:mted to your Majesty as aforesaid; Be it therefore enacted by the KiIlg's Most 'l':xcellent Majesty, by and 'with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative A.Rsembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of Lhe same, as follows ; - Appropria- tion. 1. In addition to the sums of Nine hundred and fifty thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated Revenue Fund (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account), Seventy thousand pounds already applied from the 'rrust and Special Funds, and Five hundred and Twenty thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account towards the services of the' year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, by " The Appropriation Act of ] 909- 19.10, No. 1," "The A.ppropriation Act of 1909.1910, No. 2," and "The Appropriation Act of 1909·1910, :No. 3,"* there shall and may be issued and applied towards 9 Edw. VII. Nos. 1, 2, and 3, last three preceding Acts.

Approp"i"tion Acts, making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtiet.h day of June, One- thousand nine hundred and ten, the further sums following, that is to say,- :From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land, exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account, the sum of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds; From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Twenty thousand pounds; and From the monevs standing' to the credit of the Loan Fund Account tl~ e sum of One hundred and fifty thousand pounds. 2. The Treasurer of the State shall issue and pay the Treasurer to said several sums for the purposes hereinbefore mentioned, ; s' ~ t: e~ ~ : rby to such persons, upon such days, and in such proportions warrant. as the Governor, by any warrant or order in writing under his hand Rnd directed to the said Treasurer, shall from time to time order and direct, and the payments so made shall be chal:geu upon and payable out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of the State. 3.
