HEREAS we, your Majesty's most dutiful and loyal subjects, the members of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, have in the present Session of Parliament cheerfully granted to your Majesty the sums hereinafter mentioned towards the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, in addition to the sums already granted during the present Session of Parliament towards the same services: And whereas we desire to make good out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queensland the sums granted to your Majesty as aforesaid: Be it therefore enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and

In addition to the sums of Three hundred and fifty Appropria. thousand pounds already applied from the Consolidated tion. ltevenup, Fund (exclusive of the moneys standin~ to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account), rrhirtythousand pounds already applied from the Trust and Special Funds, and One hundred and Seventy thousand pounds already applied from the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan :Fund Account towards the services of the year ending o!l the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, hy " The Appropriation Act of 1909- 1910, No. 1," and" The Appropriation Act oJ 1909-1910, No. 2,"* there shall and may he issued and applied towards making good the supplies granted to His Majesty for the services of the year ending on the thirtieth day of June, One thousand nine hundred and ten, the further sums following, that is to say:- From the Consolidated Revenue Fund of Queens- land (exclusive of the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account) the sum of Six hundred thousand pounds. From the Trust and Special Funds the sum of Forty thousand pounds. }"rom the moneys standing to the credit of the Loan Fund Account the sum of Three hundred and fifty thousand pounds. 2.
